He is a well known personality in the construction and design fraternity. Prior to setting out on his entrepreneurial journey Wills worked in India as well abroad with leading organizations like CBRE, Ansal Group, Strathclyde Homes etc.
He was also a visiting faculty member at premier educational establishments like SPA, Sushant School of Art and Architecture, and GGSIP University, Delhi. He is also a serial entrepreneur and is co-founder of start-ups like Femfit, Swasthy, Bildrr, Revalu etc.

Mrs. Maria is a Business Graduate with more than a decades experience of setting up and managing businesses. At desol she is responsible for the overall marketing function of the organisation. Mrs. Zarah is a qualified Company Secretary and at desol she handles the Financial functions of the organisation. In addition to her aforementioned role, she is also co-founder of Desol Groups Luxury vertical Volv.
Desol has successfully executed a number of Design and Project Monitoring mandates for Sony India across India. Wills and Jasim from the Desol team take a personal interest in all our projects and ensure timely completion of the projects within the stipulated budget and as per the desired quality standards.
